Redeem Timezone E-Tickets and Prizes!
Turn Arcade Online tickets into Timezone e-Tickets and redeem awesome prizes at any Timezone!*
Before You Begin download the Timezone Fun App and link your Timezone Powercard. Purchase a Powercard from any Timezone Location.
*Currently only available in Singapore.
Once you’ve collected enough Arcade Online tickets, head over to the Prize store and select the “Timezone” tab to show the available Timezone e-Ticket options.
1. Choose your desired e-Tickets for redemption.
2. After clicking “REDEEM”, your e-Tickets will be sent to your registered email. Your email will have an attachment containing a barcode and a gift code for scanning in the Timezone Fun App.
3. Go to the Timezone Fun App and tap the “scan barcode” icon located on the top right of the app.
4. Scan the barcode or enter the e-Ticket voucher code manually.
5. The voucher will be added to your Timezone account. Select the preferred Timezone card that you would like to add your e-Tickets to. You can find the voucher in the “My Vouchers” section in the Timezone Fun App at a later time.
6. Congratulations! You’ve successfully loaded your e-Tickets on your Timezone card!
What do I do next?
Allow some time for the app to update the ticket values, then head down to your favorite Timezone and browse the prize store!
If you require help, you can ask any Fun Squad member at your local Timezone, and they will help you with the Timezone Fun App.
Each e-Tickets voucher has an expiry date. Remember to claim them before it expires! All redemptions are final after clicking “REDEEM”.
